GINA's text to speech capabilities are built on Microsoft's Text to Speech API,
which uses voice engines to do the translation. Windows XP comes with two SAPI4
voice engines (Sam and Mary), and Windows Vista and Windows 7 comes with one SAPI5
voice engine (Microsoft Anna). More voices can be downloaded or purchased from third
party vendors. I'll list some here as I become aware of them.
