Cannot download

Hello all:

I have a situation that shows a Gina File in my Control Panel, But I cannot uninstall it. Additionally, I cannot download the application either. I Have the correct system requirements .net Framework 4.0, Windows 7 Ultimate, 32 bit OS and an up to date file system.

Is there a site that I can check to see if I have up to date .dll files and other gaming specific files? That may be an Issue, although I 3 box in Everquest I and have no problems at all, I run in windowed mode at all times.

Any suggestions would be appreciated .... Thanks and Have a Nice Day !

This may be a problem with your antivirus. I was unable to use/download GINA after a certain avast update. MSE and AVG work ok, though.

I just tried downloading it and IE11 totally stalled out. I uninstalled my old avast antivirus and still nothing, any suggestions?

Can you try it with Chrome or Firefox and see if you have the same issue?

That was exactly it, downloaded the current Firefox browser, thank you so much for your help =)
