Suddenly error starting. "Application Cannot be Started."

I love your GINA product FYI, and our guild makes good use of it, and encourages everyone to pick up this wonderful tool.
GINA worked just fine last night. Logged off and shut down PC. Get on this afternoon and it isn't starting up now. No idea why.
I am wondering if something changed somehow in GINA? Or is this something related to my PC system?
Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

It doesn't matter if I use the taskbar pinned icon, the desktop shortcut, or from Program Start menu, a window error popup says "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor." like so: Image

I also get the same error if I try to download GINA from the GIMASOFT page at http://eq.gimasoft.com/gina/Download.aspx, and try to click the link with the underlying URL: javascript:__doPostBack('ctl00$MainContent$lbDownload','')

When I click on the "Details" button in that error window, I get the following in Notepad (a file called CALP7181.log):

Is there any way I can send you my GINAConfig.xml file, to see if something is wrong with it? I am unable to upload this file with an .xml attachment

I have also tried:
- Deleting my GINAConfig.xml file from the GINA folder: NO CHANGE (Still cannot start GINA)
- Changing my GINAConfig.lkg file (Last Known Good) to rename it GINAConfig.xml: NO CHANGE (Still cannot start GINA)

Sorry but I have no clue what to do anymore.

Looks like same problem i am having, run avast also. I did do a roll back and get GINA to start but just one time when i shut it down it would no longer work, i also have now disabled avast

Yeah I've actually tried uninstalling Avast completely and it still gives me the same message - also tried re-installing GINA but the installer won't load (gives same message)

I did a rollback to the 22nd, then got gina to work and shut down the check for updates option in it, so far so good its working will see. I also Uninstalled Avast too, for the safe side

Me neither & uninstalling Avast didn't solve the issue so I went ahead and re-installed it (wasn't getting any indication that Avast was causing it just trying different things out)

It is avast causing the issue for sure, i posted in my other thread how i found out. They should get it straighten out they seem to always do on things like this but it could take days or even weeks.
