Local copy of sharing service ?

Is there any way to run a local copy of the sharing service ?
e.g. on our guilds website.

I don't know what happened yesterday but it appeared the entire GINA site was down so we had no way to pass out any needed triggers for our raids.

I had the same question in mind but one or two days later this domain including the server worked again.

The idea isn't a bad one. If there aren't much prequisites I guess lots of guilds would like to have own servers and libraries for their triggers.
