New Feature: {N} tag for number limits

For ease of use, I have added a new tag that allows you to specify that you only want the trigger to fire if a number is the text meets a certain criteria. For example, if I want a warm fuzzy anytime I slash a mob for more than 20k, I can set up a trigger as follows:
Search Text:
You slash {S} for {N>=20000} points of damage.
Display Text:
You smack {S} around for {N}!
I have updated the Example triggers in Gimagukk's LIbrary with this new format.
