Feature Request: Timer Precision

It would be amazing if the timer could be set to smaller increments of a second (specifically for timing spell casts). i.e. 0.5s timer, 1.75s timer.
Thank you so much!!!!!!! This made my day1.0.16.0 Added ability to create sub-second timers.
