Just curious if there is a way to make the trigger search for the MGB cast and Celestial Regeneration XXXI cast at the same time.

If anyone knows a way to 100% tell if it was an MGB casted CR or Ancestral Aid rather then just group version casted it would be most helpful.

There isn't, GINA can't match two separate lines into one trigger. That's assuming MGB/TB generate text that you or others can parse - i don't remember if they do.
