I did not write these!!!
They have been gathered from too many numerous places to remember.

one trick to downloading triggers is to open Gina first
then use Firefox or Chrome browser to download them.
(IE/ Edge tries to make it a .zip file which it is not)
double click the downloaded .GTP file and Gina should ask you to merge

BE careful here... only pick ones you do not have or else you could end up with a duplicate. Don't merge them all unless you are starting with no triggers at all
