The Burning lands duplicated triggers in log issue

They have duplicated & combined many triggers now which is making GINA repeat them each time it finds the text. May need to have an option to suppress the trigger if it is played in succession within a certain time frame?
Example: If you receive the Shaman epic buff for "You are blessed with the gift of the Ruchu", you will get spammed now.
