Bug with Timers

Made Some Timers that capture multiple players casting buff spells and create countdowns for when they wear off.
Timer is set to Restart current timer.
With the option to
"Restart instance if Timer Name matches"
When the triggers are shared out they are defaulting to the option to
"Restart instance regardless of Timer Name"
If you can please take a look at this, since it dramatically changes the way the triggers should work.
