Continual repeating of a single trigger

Hey there,
I have been getting a bunch of tells asking me to help ppl out. Their problem is, when 1 trigger gets set off, it just sits there and repeats until they close out GINA all together. The last person who had this problem it was because "Stop trigger search after first match" was unchecked, but was unable to fix his problem. Any suggestions?
