New Error Started Application Cannot be Started

Started getting this error last night even did a roll back on system thinking it was a update that caused it. It worked once after that then on shutdown of GINA it failed to start like before. Details below

It was Avast as i fired up my laptop, went to install GINA and got the avast pop up saying suspicious file, anyhow completely uninstalled avast on laptop and it downloaded GINA fine and logged laptop into eq and it works, no clue whats up with avast but this is around the 10th time that it has froze up one program or another i have.
