This isn't specifically an issue with GINA, but...
When GamParse offers to rotate log large log files, it crashes. Says file is in use. If I close GINA, it is able to rotate the file.
This didn't happen with GTT. However, GTT would have to be restarted, to reopen the new log file.
Not sure if this is fixable, just putting it out there.
GamParse Log Rotate Crash when GINA running
Re: GamParse Log Rotate Crash when GINA running
I probably won't change this behavior, but Adetia made a request to add log backup to GINA. Once I implement that, you'll be able to have GINA handle the backups instead. My intent is to enable the log search to search across these archives automatically as well (ie, if you select a date rate prior to the start date in your current log, GINA will already know where to find the archived files, so it could search those as well).
Re: GamParse Log Rotate Crash when GINA running
By the way, as a temporary workaround -- if you stop monitoring the character, it should unlock the file. To toggle monitoring, click the play/stop button next to the character's name on the main display. After GamParse moves the file, turn the monitoring back on.
