Feature Request - Freeze timers

Hello,
since SOE has flagged more zones to freeze buff timers, I miss a freeze GINA timers when entering those zones and unfreeze timers if you enter a non-freezing zone.
Useage: I, as rogue, have some clicky's I use frequently and also poisons and potions with a time-out component. The buff timers from those are frozen in several non-combat zones.
The most flexible way would be additional fields Freeze Condition and Unfreeze condition. For the above mentioned purpose I would fill them with "You have entered (*Bazaar|Plane of Knowledge|Sunrise Hills|*Guild*)" and "You have entered (!(The Bazaar|Plane of Knowledge|Sunrise Hills|*Guild*))" (the underlined parts for 'none of the mentioned zones' coding are correct?)
Making this as a not-default behaviour has the reason there are still some buff timers which RUN even in those freezing zones, e.g. the Tradeskill-affecting "loose no ingrediences on fails" potion or cooldown timers for AA's and Mercenary's.
Any opinions on that?
