copy trigger

Hi everyone!
What is the smartest way to copy a trigger ? Very often, I just need to modify 1 or 2 things for a new trigger, but I did not find a copy function, which means I have to enter all the other things too which often results in broken triggers, as one detailed setting is wrong. This copy function would basically speed me up on most trigger creations by ages. Is there one hidden inside GINA which I didn't find ? Alternatively, is it maybe an option to copy triggers in the xml-files, and if so, which modifications are needed in the copy to make it work that it is accessible on next GINA start ?
Thanks,
Caroo
