*undusting this* *cough cough*
Where dooes GINA store which cores are supposed to be used? Maybe it's easier to change the values which are set (or cleared) by the checkboxes.

Re: Compatibility with EverQuest II
One of the GINA files in its folder is a configuration file which represents the template for the log file. I think that one can be edited to either allow both EQs or at least the one you want.

Re: Data Restoration?
The settings file GINAConfig.xml gets backupped each run to the file GINAConfig.lkg.
You'll find both files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\GimaSoft\GINA .

Ranked spells & replacement

While multi-digit numbers are pronounced correctly "I" and "V" are mispronounced as spelled "i" and "v". Full spell text is: "You shiver with Restles...

Re: NO SOUND
Three possibilities: 1. "Enable Sound" is ticked off. 2. No Text-to-Speech voice is installed / activated on your PC. 3. Since a few Windows versions each application can have its own Volume slider in Windows' "Volume Mixer" app. Check if the Volume slider for Gina (not the one *within* GINA) is set...

Re: Sharing Service
I can share triggers and get the share code for it, but when someone wants to retrieve them, they cannot connect to the Sharing service.

Re: Sharing Service
It seems there's a new certificate installed which is valid until June 29th, 2019. So for now Gina sharing works fine with default (https) link.
