I have found that at least 2/3's of the people i send triggers to who use windows 10, never get the sound clips on the triggers i send. Any ideas?

Hey there, I have been getting a bunch of tells asking me to help ppl out. Their problem is, when 1 trigger gets set off, it just sits there and repeats until they close out GINA all together.
