Unfortunately it looks like support for this program has ceased to exist. There are unanswered bug threads that are months and months old. I had to fix my issue by just formatting my hard drive and starting completely new. It's a shame and hopefully someone with the EQ knowledge and programming expe...

Nevermind :( The moment I closed it and tried to re-open it, it started doing the same exact thing. I uninstalled everything, wiped out every trace of GINA in my hard drive and registry, and then re-installed it. No clue what happened or why, but it's now working!

Hi! The support section of this forum seems pretty dead but I'm going to give this a shot anyway!
